Leisure Homes is an independent China sourcing and procurement coordination service for prefabricated residential houses. This site is not the original brand's official website or an authorized distributor. We help buyers compare suppliers against a written project scope; the chosen supplier manufactures the product and the local project team determines approvals.
We record intended use, quantity, plan dimensions, storeys, destination, exposure, design loads, foundation interface and finish scope. A missing local wind or seismic basis is marked open rather than filled with a catalog default. This makes the first round of supplier questions comparable.
Potential suppliers are asked for relevant product examples, production scope, current capacity evidence and documentary support for claimed management systems. The screening record describes what was supplied and what still needs checking; it does not certify the factory or guarantee its output.
Quotations are aligned on panel core, thickness, steel grade, coating, MEP scope, Incoterms, lead time, packaging and exclusions. A lower unit price can hide site labour or freight cube, so we show those assumptions beside the price rather than presenting one unexplained total.
Where the project warrants it, we coordinate material samples, finish swatches or a first-unit review. The agreed acceptance criteria belong in the purchase documents. A sample cannot prove the fire performance of a complete wall with joints, doors and windows.
We can arrange inspection checkpoints for dimensional records, coating evidence, packing marks and the shipment list. The inspector reports observed findings against the agreed scope. Structural design and building-code compliance remain with qualified parties engaged for the destination.
Consolidation and export coordination align modules, accessory packs and shipping documents with the delivery sequence. A 40HQ count is confirmed for the actual dimensions and finished weight. A house module is not assumed to hold ISO CSC certification because it resembles a container.
Volumetric modules reduce on-site finishing but occupy more road and vessel space. Panelized light-gauge steel packs densely and transfers more joint work to the installation crew. We present both paths when the project brief permits them, with wind, snow, corrosion and thermal questions recorded for supplier and engineer review.
Relocatable and permanent buildings can follow different local permit paths. Neither label alone confirms exemption from fire, energy, structural or accessibility requirements. We ask the buyer to obtain the local classification before treating a proposal as ready for procurement.
These are procurement checks, not certificates claimed by Leisure Homes. We request current documents when relevant to a specific sourcing request and record their issuing entity, scope and expiry.
We coordinate document requests and flag gaps. A supplier certificate, factory audit or sample report is evaluated for its real scope before being repeated in a tender.
